Joe's Pinstriping

ok here are the first of the pictures from the weekend.  First, Saturday Jessica and I went to the Road Devils Car show,  I sold one painting and Striped a truck and a bike.  not bad for my first show and first time working on someones ride.  Later after the show we followed some new friends back to their garage and i did 4 more bikes.  Wow what a night.  Pictures.

Amidst the paint fumes I have had a chance to sketch a bit here is the latest Kreepy’s Redline Cars.

Yesterday I started on the floor boards.  This is my first attempt at metal massaging.  The floor before and after.  I also got my glass fuel filter installed.

So the last two days have been spent fighting with my alternator and bracket.

It finally fits!

Day Six of Build- Well I started on installing the alternator, and had to make a bracket.  I thought I had it all figured out, but no.  Gotta make another one for the bottom.  But here is a pic of the top bracket.  I also got the fuel tank clean and ready to install.

Ok so I spent most of the day working on a coil bracket.  It only took me two tries.  I picked up the fuel filter, fluids, and battery today.  Spent more than I wanted but I have some of the expensive stuff out of the way.  Still have some to go.  Need to find tires.

Got her off the truck this am and sat looking at it from across the shop, through the 2nd bay door, and across the parking lot.
