Ok, I have been thinking and after finishing 7 moleskine sketch books I have decided to try to post as much as I can of the work. Some of you may be thinking whats is a Moleskine? Simply, it’s a sketchbook. But, really it’s so much more. Check it out on Moleskines.com. When you are done there be sure to come back and see what I do with mine.
To start things off, my first moleskine was left in the pocket of a pair of shorts about 2 days into having it. Which inspired the opening page of the book.

The last few days i have been soaking my brain in SEO, Social Marketing and web design. Trying like hell to figure out all this web stuff leaves me gasping for air. It feels like it drains all my creativity.
Although I did take some time out to do a drawing and start a painting.
Here is the devil driving a 1947 Plymouth. Why a Plymouth? Cause they are kool. and I will be getting mine in like two weeks or so. Sweet!!!
Art.

WOW!!!! My gracious mother-in-law let go of the Magnavox that has been collecting dust for some time now. Here are the first pics, I haven’t done much cleaning of it but you better believe I will be. Hope that I can get it working. Can’t wait to listen to my Cab Calloway and Arti Shaw on vinyl! Ah yeah…..

My Wife and I were on our way home from shopping yesterday when my phone rings. It’s the guys at the shop telling me that there is an old school pinstriper at the shop wanting to meet me. I jumped back in the truck and headed to the shop. As I walked in there is this pirate lookin kat with a huge push broom mustache and an eye patch. Not ten feet away from me was the legendary Frank Bird. He and his wife were passing through town and stopped by. What a chance to get to watch and learn from a talented striper like that. Interesting character too. He hung around the shop for a bit, let us take some pictures, and told some insane stories. Here are a few pictures. Shots courtsey Josh Dilly at Flywheel Photography.
